Surveying Service
NC Designs can carry out first fix or second fix surveys for National or Regional clients, checking on the quality of installation and correct product usage and correct pipe sizes etc.
This service came about primarily due to the number of Heating and Plumbing defects a client was having on his projects. We were brought in to check a specific number of first and second fixes and were able to identify many areas where the installations did not meet the design drawings or specifications. Needless to say the clients defects dropped dramatically and we now carry out this service for the whole group and other clients also. We can also balance and commission systems where necessary or fault find, which is a particular area in which we specialise.
